Trissola Shipping & Return Policy

Most orders are shipped via USPS . To receive a rushed delivery, orders must be received prior to 2 PM Eastern Time Monday to Friday, and will be processed that day (for products in stock only; some exceptions may apply). Orders taken after 2 PM Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day. If an ordered product is on backorder, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. We ask that you please allow 2 to 8 business days for ground shipments, depending on customer location in the U.S. All ground delivery orders will be processed in the order we receive them. If a customer accepts promotions or offers for free shipping, please be aware that Trissola Service reserves the right to void the offer on excessively large or heavy orders (this is a rare occurrence). Any orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, or national holidays, will be processed the next business day. Customers DO NOT have to place an order or enter a credit card number to view their final shipping cost. You can simply go to “checkout” and enter your shipping and billing information during the first step of checkout.

Back Orders. Inventory levels may vary, due to order volume. Our inventory is extensive; however there are times when back orders may occur. The customer will be notified as soon as possible via phone or email when this condition occurs and told the adjusted price of their modified order, should any other items be withstanding. According to customer preference at that time, the order will then be shipped as complete. We do NOT ship items separately in case of a back order.

Cancellations or Shipping Changes. Immediately after an order is placed, it goes into our automated fulfillment system and will be processed, in most cases, the same day. does not charge your account until it ships. The product may be returned according to our return policy. Once an order is submitted, shipping and billing options cannot be changed. It is your responsibility to contact our customer service department if you wish to change any information you have already provided and submitted.

Typos And Substitutions. is not responsible for errors or typos of any kind in relation to products on the website, including those of the product description or price. reserves the right to substitute any product on our site for one of a different size; these substitutions will always be made to a larger size, providing better value to the customer.

PO, APO, and FPO. Boxes All Packages shipped to U.S. Post Office, APO, and FPO Boxes will be shipped using US Postal Services. Orders should arrive within a 2-10 business days (for items in stock only).


Our return and exchange policy was created to allow us to keep our prices as low as possible. It is as follows:

Refunds may be obtained within 30 days from the delivery for any merchandise that is unused and resalable, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES (see below), in its original new condition and original packaging. These restrictions are due to product control and health regulations. will not accept any returns/exchanges after 30 days or purchase. 

Return Procedure. All returns must be approved in advance, by us via email or phone, within 30 days of product being received. You will receive a return authorization number and address with 24 hours.

Customer may return electrical Appliances (such as Hair Dryers, Flat Irons and others) for replacement or exchange within 30 days of purchase with all the original packaging material. After 30 days have passed, any defective appliance must be returned to the designated warranty service center, according to the manufacturers’ requirements. Most manufacturers provide a warranty. In some cases, if the manufacturer will not cover the product, we will offer an extended product warrantee that will cover a replacement ONLY for the damaged/broken or malfunctioning electric item for a period of 1 year from the date of the purchase, sells only professional items; if any item you purchase does not meet your expectations (examples: burns too hot, burns too cool, not powerful enough, is too powerful, or for another reason we have no control over), For All UNAUTHORIZED returns, may charge 10% (of the item’s price) Restocking fee , excluding shipping and handling.

Shipment Errors. Customer errors that result in wrong products being shipped, or wrong orders due to change of mind by customer, or any other errors that occur for reasons other than’s error, will be refunded to customer for the amount of merchandise only, excluding shipping and handling cost, only if items are returned within 30 days of purchase and are unopened and unused. In the case of merchandise returned that is eligible for any free shipping offer, and such offer return reduces order amount below the free shipping requirement, we shall deduct the free shipping charge from the customers total return credit before the restocking fee is charged. In the event of returns that are a result of an error by the, we’ll send a replacement item featuring the correct product and pay for shipping charges both ways.

Exchange Processing. Credit And Exchange of incorrect products will be processed only after receipt of item and after item is inspected and accepted by We require up to 15 days to process a return and issue a refund. USPS will be used to ship all replacement merchandise.
